Founded by Dan O’Regan in 2021, BANK is an independent restaurant in Bristol, offering a menu of sharing plates created using seasonal produce and cooked over fire. Working alongside head chef and co-owner, Jack Briggs-Horan, the pair have developed a modern neighbourhood restaurant in the city’s Totterdown area, only a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station.
Serving lunch, dinner, drinks, coffee and wood fired roasts, BANK has quickly developed a reputation in Bristol and beyond as a neighbourhood restaurant that’s worth travelling for. In July 2023, BANK was named in The Good Food Guide’s list of Britain’s 100 Best Local Restaurants.
