   Bar Colette is good! I do like it and I’ll keep coming back however there are a few things I don’t totally love and I think if they’re fixed, it’d certainly improve the experience. The music was good but way too loud and it was hard to have a conversation. There’s next to nothing worse than having to scream-talk to the person you’re sitting right next to when the setting is more of an intimate conversation style bar and not a nightclub. As for the sushi, it’s fine however, it lacks flavor for the price they’re charging. Especially when they’re right next-door to an incredible sushi spot, Namo. I was shocked when they said they don’t get their sushi from Namo. The cocktails however are why I keep coming back. Their spicy margarita, martinis, specialty cocktails are amazing and worth every penny. My only suggestion here is to stop using those extra long ice cubes because it makes the drinking experience really tough. It constantly wants to come out making it hard to actually drink the cocktail. Other than this, I really love Bar Colette and will definitely keep coming back because the vibe is amazing and the drinks are truly so good. There’s just a few things I wish were fixed.

   Food and drinks were excellent but totally ignored by service staff. There was a table of people apparently much more important than we were that they were bringing out all kinds of special items to impress. We would have spent probably another $150 on additional food and drinks but no one could be bothered to ever come by the table to check on us. We finally gave up and went next door to Village Burger and shared a fantastic mushroom and swiss burger and truffle shoestring fries and were able to laugh about the James Beard nominated disaster.

   The bar had a very nice vibe to it with a great choice of music as well. Drinks were great as well along with the flavorful sushi! 9/10 will come back!

   Disappointed in the wagu app- barely 1 bit, not worth ordering. Cute spot, different and unique cocktails to try. Service was great.

   This was a great place but maaaan the price for the cocktails are too much for the amount of liquor ratio to ice you get.
