Ensemble, ils élaboreront un menu dégustation de 5 plats alliant plats traditionnels mauriciens, techniques modernes et créativité audacieuse. Join us on February 27 or 28 for an extraordinary culinary collaboration with guest Chef Martine Bauer and our Executive Chef Kevin Ramasawmy, both of Mauritian heritage. Together, they’ll craft a 5-course tasting menu blending classic Mauritian dishes, modern techniques, and bold creativity.

    We were wanting a table in the bar area but we got seated in the restaurant. while making the booking the question is asked bar or table, not bar or restaurant. we wanted to take drinks and felt uncomfortable there for we ordered a few snacks.

    Food was excellent as it's always been. I started with the mushroom soup which was excellent Richard had a pate encrout. For our entrees, I did the Beef Wellington, which was prepared perfectly. Richard had the guinea hen which also was excellent and the skin was beautifully crisp. For dessert we had the Kalamansi, which was nice and tart.

    I don't have enough words to describe how amazing the whole experience was. From the manager, Demetrios, to the waiter, Jeremy, and even the front desk hostess - everyone was beyond kind, professional, and so welcoming. The food was unreal, the atmosphere was perfect, and I wouldn't change a thing. Definitely one of the best culinary experiences I've had with the most amazing staff and environment. So much love for this place and coming here every time when I visit from NYC. Perfect for casual drinks/snacks or a special life event :)

    Service was very slow, we ordered starters and mains, and waited a long time before and between each course. The food was good but just slightly above average by Montreal standards: we ordered the Whole Rock Bass and the Beef Wellington. This is a fairly pricey restaurant, so overall I give it a slightly below average rating in regards to the value of the experience.

    Bar George did not disappoint. Stunning interior! Fantastic wine list. Limited menu, but all wonderful options! We shared the beef tartare, the octopus and the beet salad as starters - beautifully plated and every detail just right! Beef Wellington was absolutely perfect!

    Wonderful experience! The BG lettuce salad was so flavourful followed by Beef Wellington - a culinary adventure.. The service is excellent. The only thing I might prefer is calmer music.

    Absolutely amazing , on every aspect. Excellent quality, taste and presentation of food. Gorgeous ambiance and impeccable service. A truly amazing experience and a must when visiting Montreal.
