We love bar italia. The food is always great, service is awesome, and everyone is so knowledgeable if there are any questions on menu items or wine. This is one of our favorite places to go!

Had a decent meal the time before. So decided to go back. This time I ordered the short rib garganelli. It tasted like someone just pour an entire glass of wine over it when they plate it. So much alcohol that’s not cooked off, it’s like eating pasta that’s just dipped in wine. Absolutely horrible tasting. On the plus side, the server offer to expedite another dish for me. But my appetite was ruined. So just ended up having an appetizer meatballs. Which was ok. Nothing spectacular though. However, the grilled bread that came with the meatballs was so burnt that’s giving out an unpleasant smell and it’s not edible (one side of it is like charcoals). Absolute disaster…. Don’t think I’ll go back again.

I had the pleasure of being served by Allison, and I can confidently say her service was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I was seated, she made me feel welcomed and attended to with genuine care. Her attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations made my experience even more enjoyable. Not only was she friendly and approachable, but her efficiency and professionalism were top-notch. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met with a smile. I’ll definitely be returning because of Allison’s outstanding service—she truly made the experience unforgettable as always!

Very nice meal from country bread with ricotta (though a little too much cheese if that’s possible), pasta Genovese and especially good tiramisu. Excellent server Sarah M. Nice ambience-lively but not too loud. Their brunch is good too!

I made a reservation @ 6pm for 2 in December for my girlfriends birthday and when we showed up we were told our table was not ready and we had to wait outside in the 30 degree weather. I was especially disappointed because when I made this reservation online there is a section that states different size parties can only be seated at the table for a certain amount of hours, meaning we should have had no issue with getting our table. We waited 10 minutes outside before we got too cold and went inside and waited another five minutes for them to clean the table. Once seated it took 15 minutes for someone to bring us water, and then after bringing our drinks we didn't see out waitress for another 15 minutes to order. All in all we were very disappointed with the experience, food was decent. My pizza was a little under cooked in the middle. Edit - I misheard the woman as there was only pasta on the floor

Love this neighborhood hood place- always a solid experience. The zoodles bolognese is out of this world. Clancy is the best!!! Will be back again soon.

Went with our family to celebrate our sons Birthday, the food was excellent our server was very nice ,although the experience was not enjoyable due to there heating problem where they weren't able to get the heating company to fix the issue of no heat in that area of there building.that evening, and sitting near the front ever time someone walked into the front door the cold air would blow rite near our table. We had to keep our coats on to stay somewhat warm.and the bathroom was like a cooler when you walked in there you can see your steam from your breath that's how cold it was.so our experience wasn't that Enjoyable. I would like to go back and see how our experience would be when they get the heating issue fixed.
