    This was our second visit to Bar Italia and it wasn't as pleasant as the first. My soup was served lukewarm and the Italian bread was hard and stale. Plus, the noise level, even in the "back room" was very unpleasant and got worse as the evening went on. Not a very good experience.

    Good wine at great price. Nice salad. So, so pasta dish. Noise level about the same as an NFL game after a 30-yard pass for a TD in the 4th quarter. Very good service.

    We thought the food was very reasonably priced, and we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our server was also great.

    This was our first visit to Bar Italia last night and we were quite impressed. The food was excellent, the service exceptional and the prices reasonable. However, although we requested a nice four-top table in the "side room", the ambient noise got so loud that polite communication was almost impossible by the time we finished our dinner! It would be wonderful if this area could be insulated a bit from the main dining area in order to accommodate older patrons who are looking for a quieter ambience while they dine.

    First time there. Food, service and ambiance was 10/10. Absolutely delicious. We will most definitely be coming back very soon to try other yummy things we saw on the menu but didn’t get this time.
