It was great except charged for sour dough bread we ordered b4 brunch and one of our orders came with bread which we didn’t touch and think the 3%+ service charge is crappy and not necessary!

I had really high expectations for this restaurant. It’s a beautiful place. The food is just okay. I don’t think it worth the high price. The service was slow for a Wednesday lunch. For sure there are better French restaurants in town. I don’t think I will go back.

Food was salty and the chef attempted to do too much without success. Service was mediocre. Feels like there may have been one waitress for the entire restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Adorable place to drink and take photos. Eat somewhere else though

Bar La Rue, has an amazing brunch - food, ambiance and service were impeccable. we definitely overstayed our welcome, but they never pushed us out, in fact staff kept refilling our waters! Highly recommend the truffle scrambler, and French toast! Couldn’t say no to the lavender Espresso martini. We will be back!

The atmosphere, food and service were excellent! Ask to be seated in the section with server, Julien, who is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful! Both the Caesar salad and kale salads were wonderful, the steak frites was grilled (rare) to perfection and the roasted half chicken was so juicy! We stayed late and the vibe got even more lively! I highly recommend Bar La Rue for a great night out!

This is my Second time at bar la rue. My first experience was amazing So I expect it to be the same For the second time. UNFORTUNATELY it did not exceed my expectation. The waiter and server rush us and is not considerate that we are deaf and is catching up with stuff with a long time friend so they expect to rush us and throw us away. It was not right.
