The food took forever we were there for three hours and the food was cold think it was sitting in the back for a while before it got to us

We had made a reservation for Valentines Day for their four course meal special. We were seated at 7:15 PM and by 8:15 we had only been served wine, not even the first of the four courses. The only answer we were given was that the kitchen was backed up, but it was clear they made more reservations than they could adequately service. We left at 8:15 having been served no food. I have never left a restaurant like this before and it was truly one of the most unfortunate service experiences I've had.

The service was not good. Everything took 3x as long as it should. One person in the party got their food 20 min after the rest of the table and had to eat alone. The food that did come out was cold which meant the food was sitting out to get to our table.

The food was average bar food- not bad, but nothing you would crave. The service is poor. Our dinner came after 30 minutes and we needed a knife but we didn’t see the server again for over 20 minutes.

First visit to this restaurant. It took awhile for us to have our drink order taken and then we ordered our appetizer. We had to eventually ask where our appetizer was after about 30 minutes and were told that the kitchen was backed up. then the server went into the kitchen and immediately brought out the appetizer which was warm at best, After another long wait were about to ask where our main course was which then arrived before we asked about it. This was goo food and hot. However, I found a large sheet of paper that separated layers of cheese slices for my sandwich. I brought to my server's attention who did apologize and asked if I wanted to see a manager. Because I did bring it to his attention, I declined. The bill came and there was no adjustment. OK. As I was leaving, some sort of manager arrived and asked us about how the meal was. I said it was fine except for the paper between the cheese slices. He laughed and said "oh, that was you?" Yup. He laughed again because he said that the other manager was helping in the kitchen and he made the mistake with the cheese! They knew about it but no one else came out to apologize or give any discount. I think the managers should have been more responsive without me having to ask to see one.

We felt very welcome from the time we walked in and spoke to the hostess, who had a big smile and welcomed us to bar. Louise or server was quick with the drinks and kept asking us if we needed anything else. The food were arrived in a timely manner and was hot Overall experience was great.

We waited a long time for drinks, food and tab. There weren’t that many people there.
