We reserved a booth online, we were planning to order drinks, dinner, and stay for the NYE party. When we walked in, we told the host we were early (6 minutes early) and had reserved a booth.There was a booth available. It just needed to be cleared. I pointed that out to her and We told her we would wait for it. She then suggested we sit at a high top next to the door . I told her we didn’t want to sit at a high top, especially next to the door where it’s cold. That we had reserved a booth, and she then proceeded to lead us to a different high top . We sat down hoping the experience would get better. It was busy, but we ordered drinks and an appetizer (cheese curds) The appetizer took a long time to come out. We saw a different server bring it out and auction it to four different tables around us. We werent able to get her attention that it was ours. By the time it got out to us It was cold. We had waited 30+ minutes for it. Because nobody knew where to bring it. As locals, we know competition in Myrtle Beach is fierce when it comes to restaurants we just feel the customer service at bar. Luis was lacking. We ended up not risking ordering food and left.
