The Hotel Fauchere features three dining venues. Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . Please note venue preference, if you have one, and we will accommodate as we are able (not all venues are open at all times). The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

Come celebrate Thanksgiving at Hotel Fauchere with family and neighbors for Chef Johnny Delgado’s specially designed 4-course holiday feast with a French twist. Menu will feature fresh oysters, the Hotel Fauchere-originated lobster thermidor, succulent turkey or French ham, pumpkin creme brulee, and tart tatin. Traditional family-style accompaniments will be served and vegan/vegetarian option will be available. $77 plus tax & gratuity (all beverages are NOT included.) Discounted children under 15 limited option will be offered.

Elevate your evening with our enhanced heating for optimum coziness and bluetooth sound. - Deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation - Each Igloo dining experience serves up to 6 people and is only $300 plus drinks, tax and gratuity. Maximum of 8 guests - 20% gratuity will be applied to final bill - Igloos are heated but can still be chilly, dress accordingly. Cancellation of service possible when weather expected to dip below 20F. Call to confirm.

We’ve been dining here over 20 years and always been very happy. Last night my entree was served cold and I gently asked to have it warmed up. The server was not only apologizing but they gave us two desserts “on the house.” To me that is classy. PS my dinner was delicious

The hamburger was superb!! Never had one that tender. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and she was very happy with her burger - she said it was the best she ever had. My order was a bit delayed but the maître d' sent me some complimentary wine. The mussels and oysters were also very good. A very nice evening!

My sister and I had dinner at the Hotel Fauchere on Sat. Oct. 19th. We dined on the porch as the day was very mild. We had a wonderful time. We relaxed over a cocktail, and people watched. When it was time to place our order, our server Jen was so knowledgeable about the various dishes, she made it easy for us to decide. We started with the sushi pizza, a favorite of ours. My sister had the shrimp and pasta and i had the butternut squash soup and the nicoise salad. While we were there, the evening became a bit chilly. Jen immediately turned up the heater and turned down the vinyl wind shades to make sure we were comfortable. Our meal was delicious and the service terrific. We had a great time!

Our server was lovely and really tried her best but they were understaffed and also out of a few menu items that made things less than ideal. This was for dinner. Thank god you kept the amazing breakfast yogurt. We loved seeing that again and devoured it.

Pleasant surprise. Much better than our previous visit 2 years ago. Duck and salmon entrees both very good. Faith was a charming server.

We dined with friends we haven’t connected with in 50 years. We had delicious food and service. We weren’t rushed. The waiter/bartender let us chat away and was very patient in taking our order.it was a great dining experience with our friends.

Nice staff, limited menu and pricey. My sister and got the chicken and it was too salty. My husbands steak and brother in laws hamburger was delicious.

The food was great. Had the Vegan au Poive, which was amazing! Noise was extreme, service slow as staff stretched.
