   A fantastic restaurant that I have been trying to visit for ages. We really enjoyed sitting at the bar and engaging with the staff. Food and drinks were great with many options.

   We are in Ottawa from out of town for work. There are many restaurants to choose from, and many experiences we wanted to have. Something about the menu here caught our eye, and we did not regret our decision at all. For the one night out we had this restaurant was beyond our expectations. The ambiance is fantastic, we came for a date night, had gorgeous drinks, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food.. the food is beyond delicious. The chef really understands concepts of flavours. His playfulness is fun, while execution was on point. I would high recommend this restaurant, and cannot wait to be able to come back

   Excellent food and drinks every time. We have never had a minute of bad service. Graham looked after us and made us feel at home, as always.

   As always, the beer selection is outstanding. Love sampling all the beers. The food is a work of art. Delicious and elegant. Great for date night or a night out with friends.

   Sat at the bar and enjoyed cocktails and amazing wine that paired beautifully with the food. So many interesting flavours. One of the servers gave us a couple other recommendations of where to go while we were in town as well. Definitely made for an amazing night out.

   Bar Lupulus has been a neighbourhood gem for quick some time now, but even more as of late in my world. They impressed with their creative adaptability over the pandemic and have been a 'go-to' ever since. Service is truly impressive with staff that appear happy working and being part of the tight-knit Bar Lupulus Team. Food is unique, varied, and comforting all in one delicious package. My rule is to always try a new ingredient for the first time whenever I dine at Bar Lupulus.

   From the moment you enter, you feel special and that level of service continues throughout the evening. The food was extraordinary: tasty, creative and the best of ingredients. Can't wait to come back.

    Quiet Wednesday night dining. Food and wine very good, though the chefs could go lighter on the salt.
