                    I really love this place. Excellent. Close to the train stations. Beautiful location with the river and the el going by. Overall always a great experience.

                    Our party of four loved the ambience from the staff to the customers to the environment. All meshed in as being nice and classy, a casual classy it was. Food was delicious! Jamon at Table side Sea scallops. Seabass. Lobster roll. Tomato bread etc Desserts! Our server extremely nice. - the white wine she recommended was right on par. We sampled two kinds and ended up getting the one she recommended. Thank you

                    Wonderful atmosphere with lots of glass to enjoy the view and it didn’t feel crowded. Especially nice was the small plates to share so you can visit and have a casual evening.

                    Nice restaurant, but portions are very small, prices are very high, and the food is average at best. Go on an expense account if you can’t get in anywhere else.

                    My 2nd time dining at Bar Mar, once at lunch and last night for dinner. The offering and meals are excellent. Fresh, quality and the culinary look and feel is beautiful. A variety of seating is offered in a hip and artistic environment.
