Ale Kuri, Chef de Cuisine at Este, will host a 5-course dinner inspired by Lebanese cuisine alongside Spencer Brown and Becca Seiler of foodie + tina. This event will celebrate the rich flavors and warm hospitality of Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes, while showcasing the precision of Japanese techniques and ingredients. The menu will emphasize the use of locally sourced produce and sustainable fishing practices. All proceeds will go to World Central Kitchen to support their relief efforts for people affected by crises worldwide, including those impacted by conflict in the Middle East.
