I went to the Easter brunch and while it wasn’t my first time attending brunch here, it definitely wasn’t my favorite experience. Still giving five stars because I think this was just an off day. The general manager made a great first impression by greeting me at the table and immediately bringing coffee - super appreciated. Unfortunately, our actual server was MIA at first. We had already gotten our food and were almost done with our first plate before I had to flag someone down just to order mimosas. Service throughout was hit or miss. Every time she came by, she’d ask, “Is there anything else I can get you?” - which felt like she was hoping to wrap up with our table. I asked for a coffee that never came and had to remind her again later. The dining room wasn’t busy, and it’s a buffet, so it shouldn’t have been hard to stay on top of things. She did comp one of our meals without being asked, which I appreciated. But the biggest disappointment? The eggs Benedict. Usually, it’s one of the best things on the buffet - classic, reliable, and somehow always perfectly poached even in a warmer. But this time they swapped it out for some strange chopped olive version that was straight-up gross. It totally ruined my favorite part of the brunch. Buffets are not the time to get fancy - just stick with what people love.
