Food was excellent. We ordered the Ascolane, the insalata, Malloreddus, and the bistecca. The ascolane wasn't super salty as olives can be, the fact that it's stuffed with osso buco and fried sounded amazing, but the flavors were right on. The Malloreddus was delicious and slightly al-dente. The bistecca was tender, flavorful with the mushroom and onion sauce...yum.

As always, the service, food, drinks, and dessert were excellent. If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant with consistently high-quality food and service, this is the one to go to.

The food was delicious. We ordered 3 pasta dishes and shared among our group, and each of the dishes was fabulous. The dessert was sensational as well.

I took my husband to celebrate to Barberio and it was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, authentic flavors that we both loved. Saul went above and beyond to make our night special, and their genuine care made all the difference. We left feeling happy and satisfied – can't wait to be back 🫶🏼

Great food. Melon salad perfect with mustard greens and mozzarella. Tuna appetizer perfect. Share their Pacchieri with shrimp, well executed. Attentive service unique wines by the glass & bottle. A new fav and look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend. It was the old Leconda and new owners equal doing justice to that former establishment.

Loved the food. Definitely recommend the Paccheri and branzino. Everything tasted great and the ambiance was quiet on a Sunday night so that I could catch up with my friends. Service was pleasant and warm. Would recommend!

Great Italian food in the Mission! Low ABV cocktails (no full bar). Good wine list. Delicious well-plated salads and pastas. Owner very friendly, acting as somellier.
