Tobias our server was great but , as a customer who eats at B almost every week I was V desappointed the way our request for outside dinning on the coaches was not honored ! Why did I took the time to reserve a couple days before requesting for it then ?

So disappointed with everything about my experience. Started out askit for “tap” water (nice trick to make you feel cheap), got bottled water (first date so whatever). Then I literally had to walk into the dining room to call the server to take our order because the whole staff was either sitting on the stools or chatting facing away from the guests outside. We ordered a gaspacho (was good), a large mixed seafood dish and the grilled octopus. We were never asked if one or the other was a starter, or if we were sharing. Everything came out at random times. The $33 octopus (single) tentacle was fishy, definitely not fresh, I ate maybe 1/3 of it. The seafood ceviche(ish) was also fishy. We were never offered dessert. Add a couple of drinks and the bill was $166. You’re MUCH better off grabbing a pizza next door.

We were pleasantly pleased with the food. The manager is awesome very personable. We had a great waiter. Then he was taking away from us. But, all the waiters and waitresses very attentive. Given the restaurant an A 100. The small plates very delicious. The dessert olive cake outstanding.

Carmen the waitress was not friendly, not helpful, never once checked on us to pour more wine or ask how the food was. She even came and picked up the menu from the table without asking if we wanted to order another tapas. We had to go inside to get the bill after sitting for 15 minutes waiting for it. The sad part was we watched the table across from us have to do the same thing. There were only 2 tables outside and maybe 2 inside with guests eating. We loved this place last time we were in Miami which is why we went back. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
