Barrel and Boar BBQ Gastropub is a casual place for family and friends to enjoy finely crafted smoked meats and southern sides, in a warm rustic setting. Barrel & Boar features a collection of low country flavors designed with local products, paired with local beer and craft cocktails. The restaurant has a rustic design using metal, reclaimed barn wood, and antique lighting. The atmosphere is casual, family friendly and open for lunch and dinner.

                                                  Do not sit in the bar area it was so hard to get attention from the bartender. They shouldn’t have the bartender waiting on tables. The bartender couldn’t pay attention to our needs we needed water silverware refills on drinks. Ketchup in which I never received.

                                                  We had such a nice waitress which really made our Valentine’s Day dinner enjoyable. Great chocolate covered strawberry martini and delicious hush puppies!! It was nice that the outside fire pit was lit creating a warm feeling inside on a cold night.

                                                  I was so full off of my appetizer and water, I didn't get to even touch my entree . But the food I did eat was pretty good . The buffalo chicken dip was really good!

                                                  First time here. I was excited to try the brunch menu but when we arrived, we were told that it doesn’t even exist. Half of the regular menu we were given we could not get because they were only lunch day specials Monday through Friday. Ended up splitting a few appetizers and a couple pieces of meat. The appetizers were wonderful, but as for the barbecued meat, it was not worth the money.
