Overlooking the Balmoral Beach promenade, the buzzing, bold, and bright bistro space is a mix of booth seating, cane chairs and pops of colour. The ambiance reflects the approachable and casual coastal style of Bathers’ Bistro.

    For all breakfast reservations of groups up to 8 people, the menu is a fixed price of $45 per person, including a coffee, plus a 10% service fee, which you can view via our website below. https://www.batherspavilion.com.au/spaces/bistro/ For full choice from our a la carte breakfast menu, you are more than welcome to walk in. We reserve over half the Bistro for walk ins.

    Christmas Day Breakfast Fruit & pastry to share to start, choice of main course, coffee and a juice. You reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Adults: $110 Kids under 10: $70. We take prepayment of 50% of the menu price at the time of booking. **CANCELLATION POLICY** Cancellations made before 1st November will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 11th November will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 1st December.

    Celebrate at Bathers' this New Year's Eve with an unforgettable evening of entertainment, champagne and great food. Champagne on arrival - 3 course choice menu plus snacks by head chef Perry Hill - Adults $200 Kids $170. We require a deposit of 50% of the menu price per person at the time of booking. Cancellations made before the 24th December 2024 will receive a refund, after this there are no refunds.

    Qualify of food was more like a cafe rather a bistro, & service was abrupt & lack of care. For the prices they charge, it’s questionable. Especially in a city like Sydney, it’s filled with great restaurants. This food experience wasn’t the best at Bathers Pavilion. However, it is such a great location!

    What a wonderful, unforgettable, unbelievable dinner my family and me had on 21/12/2024 for celebration birthday of my son . Beautiful place , amazing atmosphere with excellent service, very friendly staff always smiling and happily serve. Food was delicious , prepared in a special way, uniquely, outstanding and very well presented. I am delighted with the restaurant! It's BEST!!! I will recommended to all my friends and to all I know.

    We our local Bathers Bistro. Great atmosphere for lunch or dinner. Good value👍.Favourite dishes are: Prawn Pizza, Mussels, Swordfish Schnitzel & Pumpkin Ravioli.

    Terrific location but the service was slow - to take coffee orders, for first course of the set breakfast to arrive and for the main breakfast course orders to be taken and to arrive. Servers were also different for all stages of the service experience.

    Amazing food.. great service.. We had a table overlooking the beautiful Balmoral beach in perfect summer weather. An amazing lunch at my favourite restaurant in Sydney.

    Wagyu beef parpadelle was fabulous . Eton mess less so - a deconstructed version which looked a bit sad. Other than that, service was great 👍 and nice ambience

    Great experience, entrees and snapper main were fabulous but the steak was not good. It was tough, over cooked for medium rare and the plate was so piled high of fries that it was hard to find the steak let alone cut it! Otherwise, it was all fabulous but disappointing about our steak main.

    I didn't feel welcome when I entered the restaurant, When I entered one of the waiters was asking the other "has he come to get the take away, I really seriously don't know what he meant ? Does he mean because I am not the kind of race he expects to come to the restaurant to have dinner or he thought brown people only go there to take the takeaway and deliver it, I got a feeling that they were disappointed to see me at the restaurant and I was given a corner seat and I felt like I didn't exist for those 1.5 hours in that restaurant but that one waiter who dyed his hair was very hospitable, for others I didn't exist, I like the food, the chef has done a good job
