At Beatstro we specialize in providing a nostalgic experience of the Golden Era of Hip hop in the Bronx. Our ambiance will certainly transport you to the days of struggle in the Bronx and the creativity that came from it. Our cuisine is an expression of the two cultures that created Hip Hop- African and Puerto Rican. We combined and broadened the two giving you a fusion that's exciting as well as delicious!

                                                                                Made reservation for Valentine's Day and Beatstro did not disappoint! They offered a special pre-fixe menu w delicious food, live performance and D.J. playing all the best love songs. (Everyone was singing along) A special shoutout to my server Marissa who was very attentive and pleasant. Throughout the night the Operations Manager and another staff member checked on us to ensure everything was ok and I really appreciated that. Highly recommend and defiinitely will be returning soon.

                                                                                The food was so good. From the appetizer to the main course. I had the short ribs and my girlfriend had the fried snapper. The only knock was the service. Our waiter was not good.

                                                                                I wasn’t very happy to get an extra charge of $9 of 3 drinks for the cherries, that should automatically come with the drink, not get charged on the side for it.

Not much room to dance if the mood strikes, which there was a very good DJ at the time but other than that food was delicious, Wait time was normal & aesthetic was very a cool retro Hip Hop vibe.
