                                                                                              Becca has pleasant ambience but the music was too loud and rather “poppy” for such a fine dining establishment. The food was excellent and the offered popovers were delicious if a bit large. Our server was efficient but not very engaging and smiling seems to have gone out of fashion!

                                                                                              Becca is a an over-hyped restaurant with mediocre food and poor service. We ordered baked Brie for an appetizer, and the baguette that came with it was so hard, it was impossible to break it. Steak was served lukewarm, potatoes au gratin tasted stale, and green beans were not fresh. Our server hardly ever checked on us. The ambience was nice though. But overall, Meh, for the price.

                                                                                              I booked an igloo for my husband’s birthday, but upon arrival, we found out it hadn’t been reserved. Although they apologized, there was no effort to make things right. They blamed the error on OpenTable, claiming it had happened before. The food was average, and the service was clearly affected by a staffing shortage. Our interactions felt rushed, and they didn’t even offer dessert or make an effort to acknowledge the birthday celebration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

                                                                                              We were so excited to go to Becca to celebrate my daughter’s 22nd. The music in the lobby/bar area was so loud you could hear it in the restaurant. Service was slow. We were the last people in the restaurant and when I went to get my coat we coat check — I had to get it myself as no one was there (likely because it was 10:30!) Food was good but not awesome and it came out warm. My husband has been to Becca multiple times and has said that the food is never hot but always room temp. Overall it was a nice evening and my daughter enjoyed her birthday celebration but it wasn’t as awesome as I had hoped.

                                                                                              Great experience last night, service was fantastic, and the food did not disappoint. The only concern was the music from the Raleigh room was so loud you could hear it in Becca.

                                                                                              The meal was fine. That really is all I can say about it. Our appetizer too salty, the main course pretty and fine. The desert disappointing. Once we paid we didn’t see our wait staff again so we didn’t even get asked if we wanted to bring home the desert we took two bites of or if something was wrong with it. Overall - we’ve been three times and this is the worst experience but NONE have wowed me.

                                                                                              Love the ambience and “prime rib night” is special. The only downside was my wife chose the flounder special instead of the prime rib and it was clearly old (two days? Smelled fishy). Fresh flounder is easily accessible here so that was the only downside to an otherwise good experience.
