Bella Trattoria, Ascending comforts to the next level. Chef Jennifer Basanavage is creating fresh Italian inspired cuisine utilizing ingredients from local partners. She has learned from the best, spending time at Savona, Lacroix, Taquet, Monte Carlo Living Room, Bouchon, and Le Bernardin. Sourced locally, inspired globally.     Delicious menu items including pasta, meat, pizza and sandwiches. The grilled octopus is the best we’ve ever had. This chef is awesome!

    Country farmhouse decor, cozy dining room, great food choices and the option to go half size on the entrees. Great find for us after moving into the area, now our go-to place!

    Excellent as always! This is our favorite place to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal made with fresh, local ingredients. Never disappoints! The fall menu is off the charts good!

    I am not sure I will go back to this restaurant. I ordered the spinach salad which was said to have spinach, apples, Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. It came out with no cheese on it so I asked the server about it. They brought it back with large square chunks of very odd tasting and looking Gorgonzola cheese. Then we ordered the pesto pizza and that was supposed to have ricotta cheese and that tasted very strange also.

    Dinner at Bella Trattoria was fabulous as usual. Cocktails are on point- different and delicious. Food and service were superb. Pizza, pasta with crab (jumbo lump!) micro green salad, antipasto all were fabulous and perfectly prepared. We live dining at this neighborhood GEM!!! We will be back soon!

    Fall menu 2024 was terrific! The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the ambience was quiet and intimate (early reservation) for an anniversary celebration.
