Bella Venezia Restaurant is the Sunshine Coast's favourite Italian Restaurant! Awarded the prestigious AGFG Chef's Hat in 2024 and 2023. Best Formal Italian Restaurant in SEQ - RCA 2023 Award and also the AGFG Best Regional Restaurant Sunshine Coast 2024 Reader’s Choice Award. For over 41 years Bella Venezia has been a dining institution on Mooloolaba Esplanade at Mooloolaba Beach.
Our executive chef Ben Achurch presents a modern Italian menu. Ingredients are sourced from local farms and Mooloolaba's very own seafood port.
Bella Venezia is recognised for its internationally acclaimed wine list with over 500 different labels on offer.
Featuring wine from Australia, New Zealand, France and an impressive Italian selection.

    We had a great experience tonight at Bella Venezia. Meals were fantastic, service was excellent especially our waiter Brendan. Highly recommend and we will be back

    Excellent service. Our waiter David, was very helpful. Food was delicious. Especially enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers.

    Lovely quiet atmosphere. Food was well presented and good subtle flavours that wasn't too heavy or rich. Our waiter Brendan was a easy to converse with and kept the mood relaxed. All round we had a great date night. Thanks

    Our booking was for 6.30 pm . We arrived at 6.35pm our order for drinks and food was taken pretty soon after we arrived which was great. Our meals didn’t arrive at our table till 7.55 pm for me that was getting a little to long to wait.

    Nice restaurant although noisy and parking is very limited. Background music bland and annoyingly repetitive.

    Authentic Italian food. Felt like I was transported back to Italy. Incredible, delicious and great, friendly service. A must dining experience when in Mooloolaba!

    Booked 2 weeks in advance, when we arrived were told our table wasn’t ready. We stood outside waiting for half an hour. Eventually we were told we could sit at the bar where we waited a further half an hour, without any apologies for the wait. It was 9.00 before we got menues. David our waiter was lovely, and the food was good, however the whole night was soured by the beginning of the night. You pay top dollar for this restaurant. It just wasn’t good enough.

    Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing your visit, we noticed your reservation was for 8:00 pm, and you arrived early at 7:45 pm. As your table wasn’t yet ready, we kindly asked you to return at your booking time to relax at the bar, where you waited for a short time before being seated. Once seated, your drinks and food were served in a timely manner, and we’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the service from David and the quality of your meal. However, we’re sorry if the timing left you feeling disappointed. At Bella Venezia, we strive to create memorable dining experiences, and your feedback helps us refine every aspect of our service.
