Located on the 20th floor, Bellpine presents panoramic views of the city and beyond. Acclaimed Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, whose previous restaurants earned Michelin Stars under his leadership, leads the culinary artistry of Bellpine. Inspiration is drawn from Oregon’s bountiful Willamette Valley, the state’s farms, ranchers, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean. The menu features ingredients indigenous to the region as well as items from local purveyors and skilled artisans. The culinary journey is accentuated with world-class wine selections featuring exceptional Oregon wineries and unique spirits crafted by the region’s master distillers.

A symphony of flavors awaits in a 90-minute afternoon tea gathering every Saturday and Sunday in December. A selection of exquisite loose-leaf teas is paired with artisanal tea sandwiches and a tree of holiday pastries, a spectacle of sweet craftsmanship.     Celebrate the magic of Christmas Eve with an indulgent dinner at Bellpine. Guests will enjoy a spectacular array of festive offerings, including a seafood display featuring PNW oysters and caviar, a carving station with Beef Wellington and Hazelnut-Crusted Salmon, and a variety of seasonal dishes, from gourmet salads to decadent desserts. The evening will be complemented by live jazz entertainment. Tables will be for a maximum of 2 hours Price $150 per adult $75 kids (age 4-12) A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required and will be deducted from your total bill.

    Went here for a romantic evening dinner after a full day of exploring and hiking around Portland. Kind, attentive staff, outstanding views, well curated menu and wine selection. I do wish the portions were slightly larger, especially the dessert. We ordered one to share, and it was quite small; we could have eaten it in one bite. However, the city view is undoubtedly one of the highlights, it completely transports you into a far more intimate city and makes you forget about the bustling around you. Our server Amanda was amazing! She made sure we were well educated on our entree selections, and I have to commend how careful they were about my tree nut allergy, that kind of attention to detail is a rare occurrence. Overall, it was a beautiful evening and I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Portland.

    We ordered the burger medium well and buratta toast super good , highly recommend, the buratta does have truffle oil in it . So great for truffle lovers! Very quiet place , fine dining experience.

    We had a delightful dinner at Bellpine. We sat by the window and had a great view of the city, however it was a little drafty. The food was very good, however the dessert menu was funky. Our waiter said the Chef wanted a camping theme. We would have preferred normal desserts, especially a chocolate one without mushrooms. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and would go back again.

    Very disappointed. Door was closed when I got there 5 min before they opened- they found a place for us to wait but didn’t seat us until 15 beyond res. Waiter didn’t know the food; food was salty; menu is obscure. I pad $38 for lunch and $25 to park my car. I won’t be back.

    Checking in for our reservation was time-consuming and not particularly welcoming. We were shown to a table that was inappropriate for eating, but great as a lounge setting when having drinks. We requested to be moved to a more appropriate table, and did receive some pushback. Once that was settled, everything went well. Our waiter, Gabriel, was wonderful! The view was amazing, and the food yummy! We had an amazing time!

    We celebrated with Holiday tea. Lovely environment to spend time with my mom. Service was friendly and the view was gorgeous. Great Spanish guitar.
