Located on the 20th floor, Bellpine presents panoramic views of the city and beyond. Acclaimed Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, whose previous restaurants earned Michelin Stars under his leadership, leads the culinary artistry of Bellpine. Inspiration is drawn from Oregon’s bountiful Willamette Valley, the state’s farms, ranchers, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean. The menu features ingredients indigenous to the region as well as items from local purveyors and skilled artisans. The culinary journey is accentuated with world-class wine selections featuring exceptional Oregon wineries and unique spirits crafted by the region’s master distillers.

    1:00 pm Saturday reservation and modest menu thankfully had good breakfast items. Excellent drinks and very tasty menu items. Portions were modest but flavorful.

    Another stellar meal! Once again proving that this is the best restaurant in the City of Portland.  I am a former  full-time resident of Portland  as well as a former restaurant owner.  It’s rare to find a restaurant with such a stunning view that has the full package together, including wonderful food and service and librations. This is my go to Restaurant in Portland as well as my go to hotel. It just doesn’t get any better!

    Absolutely best luxury dining experience in the State! Amazing food, spectacular service, stupendous venue and exciting atmosphere! This establishment deserves a multiple Michelin star rating! Hats off to Chef Pedro! What an incredible menu and the desserts (of which I sampled all) are amazing!!!! Those having the opportunity to dine at the Bellpine restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton, Portland hotel on the 20th floor (awesome views as well!) are in for a treat!

    Great restaurant. From the bar waitress to the dining area server, they make you feel welcome and pleased. Chef Pedro made a fabulous job to include our several food allergy and restrictions to enjoy the exquisite dining experience . Strongly recommended this restaurant as the best to celebrate any special occasion since they will make it memorable to everyone in your party. And the skyline view is unbeatable.

    We had an overall good experience at Bellpine restaurant. The food we ordered were good. Our server, Angie, was very pleasant and attentive. The bartender and crew at Meadow Rue was friendly and nice.

    Beautiful, great place would be nice to have time limits for outside windows or be able to reserve window dining views highly recommend
