   Yo, rollin’ through Los Alamos, rollin’ up hungry, Pulled up to Bells, where the vibe ain't bumbling. Chef bringin’ heat like Ghost with the slang, Every plate hit hard like a Method Man bang. The flavors so sharp, they cut like RZA’s beats, Service so smooth, like Raekwon’s elite. Got that local wine, yeah, sippin’ with grace, Like Ol’ Dirty in the cut—pure silk, no chase. Los Alamos small, but the taste game’s large, Every bite got me lifted like a deck full of cards. If you ridin’ through Cali, don’t sleep on this joint, Bells rings supreme—yo, that’s the whole point. 5 Stars—Wu-Tang Approved.

   This was my second time visiting Bell's. My husband and I had been to the restaurant back in the summer of 2024. At this visit we brought friends whom we had wanted to share the excellent experience we had in 2024. Nothing has changed-everything was fantastic! Service perfect, food delicious-actually beyond delicious, simply yummy! We started with the urchin starter, followed by the fresh green salad, followed by the scallop tartare and the skirt steak as the main. We finished with lemon tart and the cheese puff dessert. Coffee as well was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening-one we will always remember. We will be back in May and plan to dine with Bell's again. It would be a shame to be in Los Alamos and not visit this fantastic gem.

   While some dishes were delicious like the amuse bouche of tiny crepes topped with uni and caviar, and the celery root purée soup, others like our two appetizers and two entrees were lacking flavor unless you count that they were over-salted. Fish had scales still on the skin. Lemon tart barely tasted of lemon. Steak au poivre didn’t seem to have any peppercorns although the sauce was rich and tasty. Also couldn’t taste the dates in the date and Parmesan salad dressing. Overall disappointing after a long drive up from Santa Barbara.

   Absolutely my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently excellent and the service is wonderful. A++, no notes.

   We went there for our one year anniversery. Service was great. Dont even get me started about the food. The menus were personalized. 10/10 my best dinner experience so for in this life
