It was such a lovely experience, our cook was named Emilio I believe. He was such a kind funny person and really connected with our family. It was truly worth the money and time. Definitely will be back again next January to celebrate my sister’s birthday.

We visited Benihana West Boca on a Thursday night and were disappointed from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, we waited 15 minutes and experienced slow service at the bar, where drinks were overpriced and poorly made. The food was shockingly low quality for the price—steaks were tough and comparable to frozen cuts, and the hibachi show was the only highlight. The bathrooms were disgusting, with clogged toilets, broken locks, and towels on the floor, raising concerns about overall cleanliness. To top it off, the server awkwardly requested a cash tip due to issues with ownership. For a $288 bill, the experience was far from worth it, and we won't be returning.

Was seated 45 minutes AFTER my reservation time. Poor value for the money and the amount of garlic butter on EVERYTHING was beyond overkill. I have had similar sushi at Publix. Just a meh experience at best with a poor overall value for the amount of money spent.

Benihana needs to figure some things out. Went last night which was a Sat had 6:45 reservations. Sat around 7 and from that point we just waited and waited. Didn’t leave until after 9pm. Waiter nowhere to be found. Waited over 30 min for water where I went to the bar myself to get it. Charged for incorrect items. Not enough chefs. Just a mess.

We were there at 5:30 pm. The Hostess was not friendly and actually rude when we asked to be reseated because the guests already at the table were spread out and into the space on the ends of the table. Service was extremely slow as it took an hour from the time we ordered till the time we received our food. Food was subpar at best. We will not be back.

Very good service. Our hibachi chef was fun and everything tasted great. Would definitely come back with friends to fill the table.

Food was great as usual, chef was amazing. Service was slow. 2 hours 45 minutes to have our meal. Seems the restaurant was too busy and they couldn't handle the load. Will not go back on a Friday night.

Made a reservation for 6:15pm and sat at the table at 7:15. Told us that 15 mins behind but it was an hour. We had to wait for a long time to get any food. It took 2 hours to sit down at the table to finish. Wasted 3 hours- it was painfully slow. Never again
