We spent our Thanksgiving at Benihana. I was surprised at the amount of people that were there. Our chef was excellent. I am a pescatarian. He made sure not to cross contaminate my food with beef, chicken or pork. Everything was excellent.

Maria was our chef and she was awesome. Our food was prepared to perfection. Not overcooked or undercooked, seasoned perfectly and cooked gracefully. 🤗🔥🔥

Chef Precious was AMAZING! We’ve been to Benihana’s a few times and the service and food have never been this good. Lenelle was a great host and very attentive.

Only complaint i have is with the chefs. I can’t say all of them but a few of them seems like they don’t like their jobs if you ask me. They want to cook your food the way they want. They get upset when you ask them to do it the way you like it. No customer service skills just a horrible experience when it comes to the chefs. The servers are good and try to accommodate you as must as possible but if they chef is the one cooking then they are the problem.

The place was packed (Saturday night), but we were seated promptly and experienced excellent service. Darren did a great job as our Teppanyaki chef. This Benihana is located within a large mall with many interesting nearby places, such as Handel's homemade ice cream.

On a Saturday night at 5:00 pm they were out of many of their beers , ice tea machine was "broken", food had no flavor. Chef was not energetic but spoke broken English and we could not understand him. Scallops weren't cooked all the way. We all returned home and needed a snack because we were still hungry even after getting 5 course meal. The restaurant is very small and extremely loud. We could not hear anyone else from our table talk unless they were sitting next to you
