We made a reservation and didn’t get in for 2 hours and then waited another 2 hours before they came to our grill and food was fair. We ordered 2 lobsters tails they forgot one

Great food. Wish exhaust system worked better to eliminate food odors off clothing.

Was sat at a dirty grill. Took a long time for a chef to come. Reservation at 8 left after 11 pm. The chef was very nice but his runner was terrible. Didn’t come to check our drinks, if we needed sauces, etc.. We were there to celebrating but it turned into I’m ready to go because they taking too long.

It was my daughter 1st time and we had a chef that was very quiet and took away from the full experience. She was seeing the other out going chefs interactions with there guests they were serving and was sad she didn’t get the same experience.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Benihana, thanks to our chef, Precious. She was incredibly personable and made the evening even more enjoyable with her engaging personality. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious, showcasing her culinary skills beautifully. I would love to have Precious as our chef again on our next visit!

Weird vibes, not an upscale ambience at all . 3 hour wait, despite having reservations. The mug for my tea came out to me dirty, smudged with brown sticky goop. The 5 course meal was so spread out I couldn’t enjoy it. By the time my meat was ready, my rice was cold. I saw people arrive after me and leave before the chef even arrived to the table. Won’t return.
