Benihana offers freshly prepared Asian cuisine and entertaining culinary-centered performances the whole family can enjoy. Each dining station is assigned a personal chef, trained in the ancient practice of teppanyaki, who flips and spins the utensils while chopping and cooking fresh ingredients over a hot griddle. Meals incorporate the diner's choice of shrimp, lobster, chicken or steak and come with onion soup, salad, fried rice with vegetables and ice cream for dessert.
