   Very touristy. Great location off the beach. Very basic interior. "Crispy shrimp" were good and plentiful; side dish of jasmine rice mediocre. My friend's Cuban sandwich ($19, with fries) was huge but not anything special. Overpriced, mediocre drinks. Excellent waitress.

   Didn’t know they had a second restaurant. Turns out that was where my reservation was. We were there on time and weren’t seated for half an hour. My rice was cold and sent it back. Had to wait over 40 minutes to have our food served. We won’t be going back ever.

   We are outside. It was a beautiful night but tables were so close together you constant bumped the people behind you. The key lime is delicious but huge- shareable by 3 people

   Bennie’s is a wonderful place dine with friends and enjoy the views of the moon rising over the beach. Our food was dependably good. And I have a shellfish allergy that the kitchen did a great job job of accommodating. The service was initially good, but then we ordered dessert and waited a long time for only half of our dessert order. Usually Bennies is not noisy, however a young family was seated at the next table with too small children who spent much of their dinner literally screaming. We felt sympathy for the parents and one of our party was able to turn down his hearing aides to a more comfortable level.

   Lipstick on wine glass, almost half the menu missing, waited an hour and forty five minutes for food... A very disappointing experience.

   Service was very slow (waited 20 minutes just for drinks for a party of 2), and the cars and motorcycles cruising by like it was the Ft. Lauderdale strip back in the day, with radios blasting and revving their engines to get attention, was exceedingly loud. We had to talk very loud just to hear each other. If food and service were great, I’d be more forgiving, but the food was very “meh”for the price, wine pours were pathetically small for the cost, and as I said, service was SO SLOW. We asked our server about our drink order as she was walking by, and she said, “I’ll be with you in a few minutes… I have a large party I’m taking care of” (when we got there before them). Seriously? So much for a nice, local “date night”. Sorry to say, we wouldn’t do it again. There are much better places to go. If you’re a tourist, you might like it, but as a local, thanks but no thanks.

   we loved sitting outside view of ocean nice breeze after it got dark it was a little chilly and putcon sweater..i had the salmon and it was delicious! Service was awesome too. Look forward to going back :)

   We thought we were eating at the pier but they asked us to walk to the other location down the street. The menu & ambience were very different & sitting outside had a lot of traffic & noise
