                                                                        The service was offensive. We had to track down our waitress every time we wanted something, and then even when we did - it either took forever to arrive or never came and we had to ask someone else. They got my son’s order wrong, and when they remade it the pizza was flavorless - he mostly just ate the bread. To add insult to injury, they added a mandatory 20% tip which was on the bill as a “large party charge” even though we were a party of 4. When we asked if we were really considered a large party, they said it was because of the holiday (Valentines day). Oh, and the horrible service was despite the fact that we arrived at 4:45 and were only one of 2 tables initially - it wasn’t like they were busy at that point. The steaks we ordered needed salt. The frito misto was the highlight of the dinner. This is the 2nd time we’ve been - both times the service was horrendous, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they told us people had called in sick the first time. At this point - it wasn’t a fluke - worst service ever.

                                                                        Well to be honest this was probably our last visit. They are making it a different restaurant in a few weeks. I’m not interested. It’s unfortunate we would drive from Livermore to Dublin because it’s the one we like. The place was busy why would you give up that.

                                                                        Very expensive for what we ordered. Came out to more than $50 per person. And the food quality was just average.

                                                                        Great restaurant, fantastic service, stupid owner. They’re closing this place at end of January 2025 to put in what Dublin absolutely does not need: Takeout Indian food. Because yes, the new restaurant’s recipes will be better than the other *checks notes* 45+ other restaurants in the Dublin area.

                                                                        We went for our reservation and the only table available was right by the front door where it would be very cold. They obviously didn’t plan for a reservation. Very disappointing.

                                                                        My daughter and I went there for Christmas dinner. They were short staffed before of staff calling out.. totally understandable that it was gonna be somewhat of a wait. However, they continue to take DoorDash orders and in my opinion neglected the folks in the restaurant. One person waited for their food for over an hour; when they spoke up, they received it in five minutes. When I received my food, my broccoli was ice cold and my was chicken was warm .. My daughter‘s dish was hot. Staff was nice and really trying to handle the crowd.

                                                                        Service was wonderful . Food was great only comment we ordered the bruschetta and when it arrived there were three pieces for two people 4 pieces would have been better.
