Great ambience, decoration is outstanding, but service was poor. We were in a table near the entrance and apparently nobody noticed us. We had to call the attendant to order and serve drinks. Food was well presented but not delicious.

Locale molto suggestivo, ti lascia immergere in un’atmosfera magica. Cibo buono, ma non eccezionale, servizio top, ragazzi molto veloci e disponibili, in particolare Francesco, che ci ha serviti parlando in italiano, e ci ha fatto sentire a casa

Good place for young crowd, fun experience overall. Probably a place to go for a celebration but that's about it. Food and drinks were very good 👍 they are lacking in service skills and there's a tense vibe between employees. They all seemed very stressed and overwhelmed.

Great place....the decor is amazing and the people there really care that you enjoy your dinner. Vlady (sommelier) was informative, helpful, and made us love the experience.

What an experience, this was a dinner spot long to be remembered, once you get past the decor shock, it is wild and lively for sure, the atmosphere, food, friendly servers we outstanding. if in Madrid make this a location to have dinner, reservations for sure but the food will overcome any reservations you had when you walked int
