   group of 6 lady’s, cocktails were very delicious. they had live pianist, that was very good. and we all enjoyed our food. Overall a great time!

   Menu looked good, but food was disappointing. Wedge salad was nothing but the core of the iceberg. Meatballs were dry but the sauce was OK Pasta was just all chopped up meat, not Bolognese, and 4 pan burned gnocchi. Carrot appetizer was tasty, but carrots should have been cooked more tender. Bummer because the atmosphere was nice as well as the waiter.

   Central Downtown Cleveland location means it's a good choice prior to evening events. Menu offered a good variety of options. Food was well prepared. Server was friendly and provided good service but seemed a bit nervous--maybe she was new? Would definitely return.

   We appreciate you dining with us at Betts. Thank you as well for the five-star rating; I am glad that you enjoyed the service in our restaurant and that we earned your scores. The shrimp entree and short ribs entree are part of our new menu created by our Chef Nick Dlugoss and Jill Vedaa. You may have noticed that our bar staff have recently released a fantastic new Spring/Summer cocktail menu. This menu includes our Cucumber Garden Spritz with Cucumber Vodka, our Butterfly Breese with Empress Gin, Elderflower Liquor and Lavendar Honey, and our Smoked Mango with mescal, fresh lime juice, mango puree with a smoked sea salt rim.    Super cute venue with a good variety of dinners and cocktails. The dessert was fabulous!!!

   Emily, Thank you for joining us at Betts and for the five-star rating. Your kind words are also appreciated. I am very happy that you enjoyed while you were in our restaurant. I wanted to let you know that we have specials throughout the week including half priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays. This includes Hess Napa Cabernet, Rombauer Chardonnay, and Mumm Napa Rose Sparkling Wine. Again Emily, thank you for dining at Betts. Please join us again soon. When you come back, you will find that we have recently changed our cocktail menu. It now includes a 'Smoked Mango' margarita, and a peach Manhattan called 'Ike Its Peach Man'. We have passed along your comments to Quinn, he was happy to hear them. I am especially glad that you were there for our new menu and that you enjoyed. All of our menu creations are from our Executive Chef Nick Dlugoss and Menu Consultant and Chef Jill Vedaa. Our new dishes include our version of Chilaquiles and Avocado Toast at breakfast as well as fantastic lunch/ dinner appetizers; Black Bean Hummus, Wagyu Meatballs, and our vegan Cumin Roasted Baby Carrots.    Excellent food, especially downtown. Only complaint is their brunch menu change removing waffles/ pancakes. Very unlikely we would choose it for brunch again as a result

   John, Thank you for joining us at Betts and for leaving your review. Comments from our guests are always appreciated. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with the menu change. I hope that you try us again and find something else that you enjoy. The Shrimp with Grits as well as the Steak topped with Chimichurri and with a side of eggs are fantastic at breakfast. For lunch / dinner we have appetizers Cajun Lamp "Pops' and Cumin Roasted Baby Carrots along with entrees: Blackened Shrimp over Polenta with Broccoli Raab and BBQ Glaze and a Pork Schnitzel with Spaetzle and a Jalapeno Mustard Creme.     First time here and we were SO glad we went. The servers were attentive and genuinely friendly, and the cocktails and food were so delicious... we definitely overate.
