Claude Bosi’s Oyster Bar stands proudly in the ground floor space of Michelin House, furnished with unique mosaic flooring, and fascinating wall tiles steeped in history.

Shellfish and seafood is the main highlight of the menu, but there are many other dishes to choose from too.
Sharing platters, family-style feasts and relaxed dining options are what we do best.

We have space to dine inside and outside. Our outside tables are situated both ‘streetside’ at the front of the building, and also within our semi-open patio. All tables are on a first-come-first-served basis only.

Children of all ages are welcome. Please let us know if you need a highchair and/or space at the table for a pram.

The meal was up to their normal high standards. The addition of a glass wall in the entry made the dining area much more pleasant.

We were planning to eat in the main restaurant. It was closed after the holidays on Monday and Tuesdays. Our reservation was canceled. We made a reservation at the oyster bar instead. We had great food, chips, champagne along with a wonderful server! Drinks after in the bar! What a fun evening!! Wonderful stop on the way to Egypt!!

Really delicious from the fish soup to the vongole and the chalk stream trout. Also excellent and delicious vegetarian options. Very helpful and very amiable service and a great ambience. A real pleasure to eat here.

Service fantastic. Starters - Steak Tartare ok, needed an egg yolk. Fish soup very good. Mains - vongole, clams throughout chewy which was unpleasant, they took this off the bill. Mussels, flavourless. Ambience was nice but overall not a great experience, would not return.
