The place was packed yet, the food came out so quickly, which was impressive. Our waiters were a bit, rushed though, understandably so it was hard to get their attention, but they did make sure our food came quickly. Everything overall was great though.

The restaurant was very crowded because of the holiday week however the service was absolute perfection. And we had a table of 11! Really great service and even better food! Everyone enjoyed

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! We dined at Bice in Naples last year and it was a wonderful experience. Bice Palm Beach was awful. Food was WAY overpriced. Wine prices charged were higher than the list. Our son’s dish needed to be sent back as it tasted like a shaker of salt was dumped on it. The waiter who brought our entrees practically threw the plates on the table. The head waiter didn’t care to be bothered with our questions. I highly discourage anyone from dining there.

All our dishes were exceptional. Service was prompt and friendly. Our only critique of the experience was the smell in the restaurant. We were sat in the indoor dining room and the room smelled of mildew/wet dog. The dining room is carpeted and it’s definitely humid in there, so the smell was a bit off putting for such a nice meal.

Seated outside in the lovely courtyard. Service was impeccable. Attentive staff even though the crowd was large we never felt not taking care of. Appetizers were delicious we ordered pasta Norma lentil soup burrata and quality cocktail drinks

Very disappointed.We have been dining at Bice for over25 years.I always looked forward to eating either lunch or dinner because we never had any issues with the food or service.It was always good.Tonight the waiter did not listen to what my father and nephew ordered.They wanted to split the pappardelle as an appetizer.He said ok. They brought out the food no appetizer serving the pasta to my nephew along with his dinner.my father asked him to split the pasta he just rattled off an excuse walked off then slapped2 extra plates on the table.When I ordered my meal I wanted to order veal he says” not on menu” I pointed to what I wanted he said “two hours” .I asked what does that mean? You don’t have veal?He could not answer me.I don’t think he could carry on a conversation or cared to.How does an Italian restaurant not have veal at 5 pm?? I ended up ordering the roasted chicken which was the smallest half chicken i have ever seen served .The broccoli was sparse looked like they broke one floret into six tiny florets.The potato was 4 small cubes .Served on a small oval plate you would serve a side item.The chicken was tough and luke-warm.Then it took too long to get the bill.I saw the waiter hanging out in the corner by the bathroom then he wandered over to a cabinet and pulls out a drink and starts drinking.Then he wanders over to the bar and starts talking to the bartender.Another waiter rang up the check.My father had the chicken also terrible.My nephew had the salmon mediocre at best. Zero presentation all around just slapped on a plate then slapped on the table.

Our main dishes came out cold, they took them back to the kitchen and reheated them on the same plates. The veal chops were then overcooked, instead of making new ones they brought it back even more cooked. My wife did not eat dinner because she was so frustrated with the way the server and the kitchen handled this situation.

Excellent food and service always a pleasure to go there. A full menu on Christmas Day, which was amazing.
