The woman who served us was very outgoing, polite and made the dinner amazing as well as the live band making it nice to enjoy. The food came out a little slow due to how busy it was but it didn’t ruin the night at all.

Really lovely meal, the lobster was amazing and the brisket quite literally melted in your mouth. Highly recommend, very good cocktails too.

The easy of booking our table is excellent. The service was good but l don’t think it was worth the 12.5% service charge. For example to carry over a tray of drinks that l am now being charged for as well as putting another 12.5% onto my bill! The food was excellent and looked great as it was served. The ambience was great too with live musicians playing music that suited the atmosphere of this restaurant I would definitely recommend the big easy but have your drinks before you go to the restaurant

It was my first visit to Big Easy Bluewater, having dined at its other locations, we wanted to check this Kent kitchens out. The layout is somewhat different to the Chelsea and Covent Garden branches but still recognisable Big Easy. We had a great waitress who was patient wanted us to have a great experience and made recommendations to my partner regarding her mains choice. All in all the experience was very good and food was almost up to its usual standards. Starters were a little over cooked in comparison to the other kitchens I'd visited but not to a level of compliant.

A pleasant afternoon lunch, selection is off the scale, so much to choose from. Food as always, very tasty.

Solid meal (nice steaks, mushrooms and mac & cheese) and good service. All of us would go again. Small thing: we weren't overly enamoured with sitting outside next to the main concourse - people queuing for Wagamama a few meters from us was a tiny bit weird but we forgot they were there after a while. We'd request a table inside next time and all would be fine!
