“Our Cocktail Philosophy”

Billy After Dark cocktails are inspired by the twenty-four micro-seasons that define the flow of life in Japan. Enter a world where you are brought back to your best memories. Reminding you of that the feel & flow from each one.
Perfected classics like the Manhattan and Negroni, riffs on some of Japan’s most beloved cocktails such as the Whisky Highball, and even alcohol-free drinks influenced by ingredients such as yuzu, and umé round out the collection. Through all of this, we want everyone to indulge in enjoyable recollections of the past with our entire cocktail menu being named after great albums from the 90’s & 2000’s.

    Billy’s after dark was a total vibe. The food was exceptional if you want a little bite to eat paired with their amazing craft cocktails. I absolutely loved the music. The service was top tier. I will definitely be back!

    Only had one drink, waited 40 minutes for them to arrive. Got up and sought out the waitress. “Sorry bar got behind. They’ll be right out.”

    BAD actually felt like a speakeasy! The bathrooms are (oddly) a must-see; great photo opp. The drinks were creative & good so would go again! My only negative was having a reservation but then being escorted to a back room that has a completely different vibe from the front/main area. That was disappointing.

    The website says gluten free sauces but there were only 3 rolls that were gluten free. They were delicious, but the GF member of our party was really disappointed. Quite misleading.

    Not easy to find "The door", love the ambiance inside but the menu is sparce. Sushi rolls are significantly smaller and portions overall are much smaller than the main restaurant. The shrimp tempura was ridiculous. Staff is too busy to be attentive - better for a younger crowd with lower expectations and less money to spend on food. I was expecting some favorites downstairs like the George Clooney roll and the Margarita was amazing!! Need larger rolls and more of a food selection.
