   Food is very good, but very overpriced. Server was doing his best, but the kitchen was very slow and messed up our order. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our table, despite a reservation. Not the experience I expect for the prices they charge. Very poor value.

   What a fantastic evening! The food was delicious. Our server was outstanding (I am so mad at myself for not having her name handy for this review). It was a bit loud, so we definitely had to shout to each other at the beginning of evening (7:00pm on a Sunday) but it did quiet down after a while. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a hit! Thank you, we will be back!!!!

   The food here is always excellent. The atmosphere is a cool vibe and the wait staff are absolutely top notch. I go to Billy Sushi at least a few times per year, so not exactly a regular, yet there is always a staff members who remembers me and says hello. That’s pretty impressive! Highly recommend this place! If you get the chance to meet Billy, he’s a gem - you won’t be disappointed!

   We waited a long time to try Billy sushi. We are frequent travelers and though Minneapolis doesn’t have the worst options for a landlocked state, we typically find better quality elsewhere. Everything at Billy Sushi from the ambiance to the quality of fish and the care of preparation was outstanding. Everybody on staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back to Billy again and again!
