That’s why our menu is much more than a traditional steakhouse: terrific cuts, of course, complimented by locally caught seafood, sides fresh from the farmers market, and award-winning wine from across the globe. We’re not just for celebrating, and we’re not just a steakhouse: we’re the sophisticated dining experience that every steakhouse wants to be when it grows up. Valet parking is available, free for the first two hours with validation. Street parking is also available without a permit after 5pm daily and on the weekends.

            Not as good as a few weeks back. Food is still solid, although it's odd that coffee is made by the bar. And they were clearly short-staffed. May pause on going back for a little while.

            We were quite disappointed We both had eggs Benedict and the eggs were overcooked. There was very little hollandaise sauce And the presentation was drab. I had eaten breakfast there a year ago and was not disappointed. Also the coffee was not hot. It was the end of the breakfast shift and felt a bit rushed and tired.

            The concept was odd. All plates are to share - NO appetizers. NO sides. NO bread. The entrees were pretty bare minimum. Chard broccoli was hard and burnt. The hanger steak was small with tons of french fries and nothing green. It was pretty cavernous with lots of echoes so noisy. We won't do that again.

            My only issue is with Open Table. At no point in my reservation process was it mentioned that I was reserving a $100/person buffet. I thought I was reserving regular menu. Two teenage girls and myself couldn’t possibly eat $100 worth of food. Food great. Service great. Atmosphere great. But over $400 for four of us not ok when no heads up.

            We went there for our family Thanksgiving dinner. Our experience did not start out too well. We got there on time and checked in. We were a party of seven and we were escorted to a table that they said was not ready. They moved to a table that could barely sit six. We went back over to the check in and they accommodated us to a beautiful table that sits ten right by the fireplace. We were greeted by Benjamin and from there the entire experience went beyond our expectations. The food was perfect and great atmosphere. Thanks to Benjamin our family had a great Thanksgiving dinner.

            Thanksgiving Buffet for 2-$218 with only 1 cocktail plus $16 for the mandatory valet . Then you need to add tips. The food was mediocre and you had to serve yourself. Way over priced. The hotel is beautiful.

            Delicious Thanksgiving Brunch! Strega Nonna cocktail was delicious, too. We are glad we chose Birch & Bloom for this day and look forward to coming back to try their regular menu. We had not been here before because their reputation is as a steak house and we do not eat red meet; but apparently they have some items on their menu that are not red meat. We'll be back!

            Exceptional food and setting. Good service except for lack of soap and towels in restroom probably because Thanksgiving Day was “slammed.” Harsh lighting close overhead was dimmed several times at our request, but it was on a timer so we had to ask them to dim repeatedly.
