Join us for our new Fall Menu at Birch's on the Lake! Enjoy the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an Experimental American brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids. Remember to contact us for all your private event parties and gatherings. Reservations are available in the Supperclub. Walk-in Seating is available in the Brewhouse and at both the Supperclub and Brewhouse Bar. Enjoy our beautiful lakeside views on Long Lake and our fresh brewed beer from Birch's Brewery. Breakfast served daily until 3pm. Happy Hour Sunday-Thursday 3-5pm.

    Birch's on the Lake is again hosting its annual Tribute to Frank Sinatra on his birthday this year, Thursday evening, December 12th from 7:00-10:00pm at the Supperclub Stage!  We are so excited to welcome The Wayne Anthony Ensemble back for this special show dedicated to Frank Sinatra and Nat Joseph. Seating with price by location in the Supperclub will be available on Open Table after November 5th.  Don't miss this show, no one sings Frank like Wayne Anthony!

    Our server Chris made the evening great by responding to my complaints about the cold temperature in the dining room! His attention and suggestions were all great. Wonderful experience!

    Our waitress added another table’s bill to ours. When she realized her mistake she grabbed the signed receipt out of my friend’s hand. She came back a second time and it was still not right. Not once, until we mentioned it to the manager, did she apologize. The manager attempted to explain the problem as it had already posted to my friend’s card. I would have thought he should have offered her a gift card for the huge mixup, but nothing. The food was subpar. Won’t be going back.

    We dined at Birch’s for lunch. There were four of us. The dining room and view of the lake was beautiful as always, but the prices on the limited lunch menu were outrageous…very overpriced! $23 for a salad! I ordered a bowl of the beer cheese soup and asked if there was a dinner roll or some kind of bread, cracker that I could also get. I was told the only thing was the charcuterie tray! It had meats etc as well as the crackers for a price of $23! I said no thanks. My husband ordered the corned beef sandwich ($24). It was not edible. He normally never complains about food but he literally could not bite the meat! It was so tough. We called the server over and he then ordered the burger ($23) That was ok and edible. Our friends ordered the corned beef and his was ok, and the beer cheese soup, also ok. We have been here before but this time was particularly expensive, the choices poor and the taste, value very poor. We went downstairs at 3:00 and had a few cocktails since it was happy hour…the happy hour food menu was definitely more affordable. If we return we will choose the option of downstairs at happy hour and see how that goes.

    Very nice appearing restaurant. Food was tasty but not exceptional. The room temperature was so cold we had to keep our coats on. Don't think we would go back.
