Best sushi I have ever had. In fact, all of food was great. Steaks, fish, sides were all excellent. And our server was the best! Thanks, McKenzie and the Birkin's folks for a fine evening. We will be back!

It was average. We were hoping for more. They were out of the only pinot Noir they sold by the glass. I asked them to cook my broccoli with butter and seasoning, instead they brought me a huge side of butter and charged me $4. Which was strange at best. It was our 20th anniversary and we were hoping for a glass of champagne or dessert but it’s not like they have to offer anything. The mood/ ambience was nice and the owner came out and showed us a wagyu steak and certificate, which was lovely. They have a lot of potential but need to work out the kinks.

Excellent all around. 4 of us ate at the bar. 13 oz ribeye, escargot, mushrooms, a tempera sushi roll, chicken parmesan, tuna steak, Brussels sprouts. All were amazing. Service was tops.

We discovered Birkin’s a few weeks ago and decided to make reservations for a date night. As regulars at high-end steakhouses, we’re used to a higher price point, and we typically expect the quality of both food and service to reflect that. While the service was excellent, the food fell short. The sushi was tasty, but the escargot was underwhelming and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, our steaks arrived cold and didn’t have much flavor. The lobster was enjoyable, and the drinks were good as well. Although we probably won’t be returning, we do encourage others to give it a try.

Service was poor. App, salad, wine, and entrees were all served with in 10 minutes of each Ordered tomahawk medium rare to share for two. Came out medium well at best and no plates to share. One party member ordered a filet medium with Birkins Butter. Temp was fine but butter was not served. Butter was finally served after requested and after half the filet was eaten. Free dessert was offered due to issues. They were ok. Wine was poured by the server when the bottle was opened. Never poured another glass. Had to request water refill twice. Not sure we will be back.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

It was great!! Mackenzie was such an awesome waitress!! Her helper ( a guatenalan guy) was soo nice and Arquimedes waa also very friendly!! We felt we were at a friends house!!! Everyone there is great!!! We love this restaurant!!!
