While the quality of the food was fine, the prices are not justified for this restaurant. Everything is a la carte when you order steaks. Our filets arrived with only a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a pinch of greenery on a plain white plate. The filets did not taste seasoned although we were told that they were. My filet was served medium rare and had to be returned for additional cooking as I requested medium. Steak sauces were an additional charge (> $5.00) as was garlic butter ($3.95). Bread service is an additional charge. Side items are family size and start at $9.95. The candied pecan salad consisted of spinach leaves, cucumber, tomato, carrot shreds, onion and candied pecans with a citrus balsamic dressing - no gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles. For $7.95 it was good, but quite plain. The location of the restaurant and lack of ambiance do not, in my opinion, warrant these prices. We will not be returning.

First visit to Birkins. Overall was very pleased. One of our steaks was returned due to being under cooked. But they promptly made it right. Will definitely return.

Birkin’s was a hidden treasure. My husband fully enjoyed his steak. The scallops were wonderful as well. Definitely get the bread basket! I also want to thank the staff so much for caring towards my dietary restrictions. They were so accommodating.

A great menu with a multitude of choices. Four of us dined and everything was excellent. Wylie our server was very good as well as Doug who helped us with wine selections. We’ll definitely go back!

Always a delicious meal. The sushi is awesome. Drinks are top notch. Wiley is always so knowledgeable and makes the experience even better.

Went to the establishment on a Saturday night place was laid out beautifully and has a nice bar our server McKenzie was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, that’s where my good remarks will end. The sushi was very pedestrian and just OK. The special rolls were very underwhelming. The worst aspect was the steak when it came to the table it looked boiled cooked to the appropriate temperature on the inside, but had no sear and was completely gray. I believe the steak was sous vide and never seared off very offputting. I had reservations to return two days later on Monday and already canceled.
