Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

                From the host, to the server, everyone treated us like they wanted us there and not like it was their job. Steaks were cooked perfectly, staff checked on us consistently, and food tasted great. Overall, great experience and we will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

                Definitely a hidden gem! Away from the strip the restaurant exceeded my expectations! Service was excellent and engaging with a not hurried atmosphere. Drinks and food served quickly but not rushed. Best blackberry ole fashion I’ve had in a while. Caesar’s salad was fresh crisp lettuce and good dressing Definitely worth going back a second time.

                In a word: "EXPENSIVE" - I've been enjoying the old Tuscany Gardens for many years. Elegant old-world "Hotel Gourmet Room" concept, pleasant decor and patio option, and most of all reasonably priced food with lots of pasta options and affordable appetizers, entrees and desserts with nice staff. Today (2025 January) Even during CES this restaurant was empty. Very disappointed. Amazing service (thank you Kevin) but evidently staffing levels reflected anticipated bookings. The manager was supplementing the bus person. The menu did not offer individual appetizers, just "for the table" options at "for the table" prices. Overall a bitter disappointment.

                We were so surprised!! We had the ossobuco and the duck pasta which hit it out of the ball park. Very generous portions for great value. The food was presented well and tasted fantastic, better than some on the strip. The bartender and staff were so engaging, polite and personable. The bartender could make anything. We were skeptical but so glad we came and ate. Have referred friends all ready!! Be surprised and check it out!!

                Some of the foods we weren’t too crazy about, but the steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were very good. Also, the table side Caesar salad is delicious chocolate thunder, which is Kevin is a great waiter! Make sure you ask for him!

                From the moment we entered the grounds of Tuscany Suites & Casino, the palm trees and lighting were absolutely gorgeous, as the property was extremely well maintained, and picturesque. From a service level, every door was held open for us as we entered the hotel entrance to the restaurant, and when we returned from the restrooms, back to our seats. Bistecca’s host Vivian, was very accommodating and received an advance written message online, in reference to not being sure if we would make it exactly on time as we were walking approximately 20 minutes away. The sommelier Christian, advised us of where we may purchase wine outside of the establishment as we were looking for something in particular, our server Josue, and our assistant server Israel, provided the best possible service, checking in regularly. The pasta entrees (lobster ravioli & shrimp diablo) were outstanding and with a hot temperature, which is not always easy with pasta. There was no room for dessert, however they had our favourite bottle of (Caymus) wine at a very good price point (in comparison to what we would have paid in Canada), and we enjoyed taking the unfinished bottle with us for later enjoyment. It was by far, the best meal we had in Vegas on this trip! The only suggestion for this restaurant is to update their internet menu as I had looked up ahead of time prior to securing the reservation, wanting to enjoy their carbonara, but unfortunately, this is no longer an offering on their current menu.
