Named “Top 100 Best Al Fresco Dining Restaurants in America” by OpenTable, The Bistro offers a casual and relaxed atmosphere to dine and enjoy sweeping views of the coastline. Local produce and sustainable seafood highlight an acclaimed menu of traditional bistro favorites, including brick oven flatbreads, seasonal salads and the signature Santa Barbara burger.

Please note that holiday reservations are only available for in-house guests. Room confirmation number is required to officially confirm your dining reservation during these times.

                                            Amazing food, ambiance, and service! Had a delicious filet as well as apple crumble pie. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. This is a great place for any breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

                                            The meal was served in a tent, creating a unique atmosphere. The service was exceptional—attentive and professional. However, while the food was decent, it didn’t quite reach the same level of excellence.

                                            Our server Olga was absolutely lovely. The indoor space is being renovated so a heated tent with pretty chandeliers was set up on the patio and made for a cozy atmosphere. Food was delicious.

                                            With many of the resort dining locations closed for enhancements, we chose to try the Bistro again after they were recently closed, hoping it had been enhanced. It was not. The outdoor patio is closed off with drapes hanging to cover the construction zone. It took more than 30 minutes to get our cocktails, our food arrived cold, and sauces arrived at the end of the meal. Would like to write it off to how busy they were. However, we were one of 4 tables seated in the restaurant. Was disappointing, and we are not likely to return anytime soon.
