Bistro Du Jour is an all-day Parisian bistro serving traditional fare like Coq Au Vin, Croque Madame, French Onion Soup, Steak Frites and Duck Confit, as well as an extensive selection of bubbly and an exciting list of cocktails and aperitifs. Open for Breakfast, Weekend Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.

Note: We offer full serving dining during Dinner (Daily) and Weekend Brunch only. During Breakfast (Daily) & Lunch (Weekday)

    Overall good experience not over the top but will be back. Nice service staff and reasonable priced wine list. The mussels were excellent, have to say I ordered the steak au poivre which was good, but was jealous of my son’s steak frites, that looks like the way to go for steak here. Oh one more thing the inside seating can get loud not an issue, but if you’re looking to have a quiet conversation use the heated outside area.

    we celebrated a birthday over happy hour. The happy hour deals were really great for DC. The food and drinks were amazing! They even brought a delicious brownie for my friends birthday. I would definitely come here again.

    Overly crowded . Service slow . Only good item in our entire order was the escargot . Had to send steak back . Brought us wrong items . Most appalling fact was that there is only 1 bathroom ( for both men and women ) for entire restaurant and staff …. Which was probably was 100 people . At any given time there were 7-10 ppl in line for restroom. There was a sign that suggested using public restroom outside in the alley … At 9:30 pm ? In freezing cold ? In the dark ? When you are dining at a French restaurant ?! No thanks . Unbelievable

    Nice enough. Nicoise Salad Tuna did not seem fresh but it tasted fine. Very nice staff. Not much indoor seating.

    Nice spot to catch up with friends....not crazy busy or overloaded with 'beautiful people' like most of the wharf. Basic French Bistro menu. Good value and uncrushed service. Highly recommend.

    The French onion and mussels appetizers as well as drinks were great, but a bit pricey if not on happy hour. Salmon and braised chicken entrees were fantastic as well as the creme brulee and latte. Also, for sure use the inKind app for discounts and cash back.
