Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    LOVELY LOVELY EVENING, celebrating Birthday and good friends at this very welcoming, charming restaurant. The food is outstanding; and the wine list, excellent. Our waitress was most amiable, professional, and efficient. We had a WONDERFUL time;& very much look forward to to dining at The Bistro again!

    We hadn't been to the Bistro in a long time. No particular reason, just a lot of other options these days. I'm glad we went. Everything was excellent. We will go back.

    A nice restaurant with a warm ambience, respectable wine list, and delicious dishes. However, the service was sub optimal. Had to ask four times for bread service, which finally came after my escargot were cold. Salmon had to be returned to the kitchen, as it was mid rare (for allergy reasons ordered well done). Overall, service was rushed, we were in and out within less than 90 minutes.  Beef Wellington was really great! Nevertheless, it was good enough that we will try it again!

    Service was excellent. Would have given 5 stars for food but wedge salad was very light on bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Could have used more.

    Another great meal and wonderful service by Tracey. Tuna appetizers were great quality and taste. Salads were fantastic Or friends had liver which was great. Cooked perfectly and tender. The three of us had snapper in parchment which had a wonderful taste and was very delicious For dessert we spit a apple pie dish with vanilla ice cream Wow it was great. Our server Tracey was great, attentive and friendly What more could you ask for great service, food and environment Try it you won’t be sorry.

    for the past 8 years I have been celebrating my Birthday with this restaurant. Never disappointed on my special day. Recently lost my husband however, when he was alive it was on our list of frequently visited restaurants. Beef Wellington and rack of lamb. Oh and of course desert over the top. No other restaurant serves these specials. Keep doing what you are doing. Will be back

    Off night for sure. S service terrible but not servers fault. Tables jammed too close to each other
