    The staff were great. We were not rushed. Onion soup was very good. We could have passed on the reclette cheese whiz.

    I was happy to see they are now serving traditional onion soup, instead of the “garlic” version that the chef came up with. It was the highlight of an otherwise terrible meal. I ordered the salmon. The waiter asked if rare is ok, and I said, “no, I want it cooked,” so he suggested medium. It came out raw in the middle and we sent it back. The 2nd version had clearly been microwaved and was dry, rubbery and unedible. My husband had a paper thin burger. We also ordered the pâté. It tasted like salty ham. Had the same rubbery texture as ham. Really sad to see this restaurant going downhill. I really want it to succeed in its relatively new location.

    Wonderful service; all entrees were reasonably priced and delicious. A little on the noisy side to have conversations. Try not to sit close to front door in winter!

    Everything tonight was absolutely amazing from the way the bread crunched, yet retained the soft fluffy inside, to the perfectly portioned petite salad, the exquisite chicken for two dish and the outstanding service. Bistro Vendrome was a welcomed respite from the every day mediocrity of life. While the prices are higher than average, Bistro Vendrome earns every dollar.

    Great dinner. We got there right as happy hour was ending and ordered that whole menu to try everything. Everything was great. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. Would definitely go back.
