We’re excited to introduce Bitterroot Bistro a collaboration between chef Gabriel Lopez and our owners, local Bozeman Restaurateurs & Chefs alike. Located in downtown Bozeman, Bitterroot Bistro is based on Montana values, using Montana ingredients, focusing on Montana food.     We had a great experience, from the service to the wine to the delicious food. Our server was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Thursday is all day Happy Hour and the Smashburger was hands down the best I've ever had (my previous favorite having been the one at Handle Bar at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole - so that says a lot). My husband's vegan special of the day was very good, large portion and reasonably priced. We'll definitely go back next time we're in Bozeman.

    It’s rare to find a restaurant that has such exceptional food combined with such a kind and friendly staff. We had a truly memorable meal and will definitely be back.

    Phenomenal restaurant!! When you walk in you are greeted very openly, then served the most delicious food. Will come back for more!

    We had an amazing dinner at Bitterroot Bistro tonight. Our dinner was excellent. We had a salad and soup to start. We had the Trout Entree and Pork Chop for dinner and it was so delicious. Highly recommend both. The service was very attentive and overall a great dinner!
