At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

    Best pizza in the world. Straight up. The couple that runs this place, servers, music, ambiance and whatnot all superb… but the pizza is too legit.

    The best Neapolitan pizza around! The dough is incredible. Had the arugula and beet salad to start and it was delicious. All the pizza choices are tremendous and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Great vibe too!

    It’s like going to your best friends house and having them make the best meal for you! Starters, salads, pizza. We seldom get to dessert, but they too are wonderful. It’s cozy, and atmospheric all year round, a feeling of being on vacation, and everyone there makes you feel like you’re their good friends!

    Bivio consistently impresses. It is the ultimate destination for classic Neapolitan pizza. Although they have expanded their menu, it is important to note that pizza remains the standout dish. Pizza enthusiasts should definitely give it a try. While the meal is not inexpensive, the value is undeniable. The BYOB option also helps keep the overall cost more manageable.
