Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this.     Very nice Restaurant. Seated us immediately. Gave us choices off the Happy Hour and regular menus. Our sever, Bivian, was friendly and professional. Very nice cocktails and menu choices.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A+ food and GREAT service. Our server was Camryn C. and she was outstanding! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We ordered: 1. Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta = A+ 2. Ahi Poke = A+ 3. Cheeseburger with bacon = A+ 4. Cinnamon Roll Pizookie

    BJ's La Jolla is one of my favorite restaurants in La Jolla and the San Diego area. However, my wife and I had a disappointing experience at BJ's restaurant today. I tried to use a $10 OpenTable Reward to make a reservation yesterday, but it was denied. Today, I brought the image of the Reward Card [ending with 2252] and my phone with me. After our waiter had discussed it with the store manager, the reward was declined. I was told to go to a different restaurant. No one at BJ's restaurant knew about the OpenTable Reward Card system. Can we use it at BJ's? Shall the Crad work at a different restaurant?

    The service was quick and efficient, the meals was good, and happy-hour bill was quite reasonable for what we ordered. As for the experience, the hosting team at the door made a HUGE mistake and followed it by an even worse one, that one nearly causing an incident, the details of which I left as a private comment to management. Adding insult to injury, the comment seems to have fallen on deaf ears, and I received a boiler-plate response, not taking any responsibility for what happened. Don't think I'm going there again.

    Bathroom is not well maintained. The chicken parmigiana was service cold

    The food was awful. The shrimp tacos were cold and the shrimp was rubbery. The tortilla was crunchy… it was so very expensive also. Super sad to waste so much money on it. The restaurant had problems with servers charging people with other tables checks and it was just a disaster. I took one bite of the shrimp taco and ate nothing else and the server didn’t even care to ask why

    Service was outstanding We bring 6 people prior to theater event- open table makes it easy to be seated. We have our favorite dishes and the dinner specials are perfect. Now pazookies are included with some. Everyone is pleased with the experience.

    I like the atmosphere and BJ’s in La Jolla! We sat outside under heating. Had a good server and we spent about two hours over there. Other BJ’s are not as popular as this. Thank you!
