We were seated promptly. But we waited more than 15 minutes before we saw our waiter again. We wanted to order drinks, but he wouldn't take our drink orders until we were ready to make food selections. . .Never have I ever been denied water before we ordered food. So we had to rush to look over the menu just to get drinks. We waited so long I had to get a bottled water from my car. I ordered a salad but didn't get silverware. I had to go to car again for a fork. When our main courses came the food was cold and stiff, and the burgers were burt. Back to the car for more silverware and napkins, because we requested plastic sliverware, he came back with 1 spoon and 1 knife for a table of 7!! No refills until right before everyones checks came out!! There was a back and forward with our waiter and some ppl in our party, about the manager "being around somewhere" but never coming to speak to us once we requested her.
I'm not sure what the other people in our party will do, but for me and my family we won't go back to that location after a paid $96 check +tip, for us to request a manager and be denied, it was very disappointing to say the least!!
